Nico Hulkenberg’s decision to join Stake for the 2025 Formula 1 season has created an opening on the grid, and Oliver Bearman seems to be the frontrunner for the seat. With many drivers becoming free agents, experienced campaigners like Valtteri Bottas could also be considered by Haas. Bottas’s impressive career stats make him a viable option, although Zhou Guanyu’s potential and financial support should not be overlooked. Additionally, the unhappy situation of Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly at Alpine could lead Haas to consider poaching them. Daniel Ricciardo may also be a candidate due to his background operations experience, but Bearman remains the most likely option for Haas in the upcoming season.
